Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves acting as a top coordinator between intelligence agencies and the military to spot and stop foreign threats, while leading teams to share information and improve security efforts across the government.
It requires building partnerships and providing clear updates to leaders to ensure everyone works together effectively.
Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with deep knowledge of national security who thrive in high-stakes, collaborative settings.
Lead proactive counterintelligence and security activities across the United States government, integrating the instruments of national power to detect, report, deter, disrupt, investigate, exploit, and defeat foreign intelligence threats.

Major Duties:
Serves as the senior liaison for NORTHCOM to support the integration, analysis, and production of CI information, facilitate communication, coordination, and integration of activities to ensure unity of effort and mission success.
Lead and support CI initiatives such as ongoing national level efforts, counter threats to military installations and sensitive facilities, and facilitate two-way communication and information sharing between organizations to ensure leadership has accurate, timely operational and strategic information.
Lead and participate in command briefings, boards, and working groups to represent organizational interests and ensure coordination of policies, programs, and operations; and deliver tailored intelligence support to NORTHCOM and home agency officials in a timely manner.
Maintain situational awareness of military operations, exercises, and initiatives, ensuring leadership remains informed of developments affecting organizational priorities, and identify issues impacting mission coordination and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness and interagency collaboration.
Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders collaboration progress, issues and challenges.
