You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Security Support Division, Security Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Applying security policies for protecting controlled unclassified information (CUI) and classified information; 2) Conducting self-inspections and responding to/reporting on security incidents; 3) Developing and delivering security training programs; and 4) Communicating security information and providing guidance to teams and leadership.
DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Applying general knowledge of security policies for protecting controlled unclassified information (CUI) and classified information; 2) Assisting with certified facility self-inspections; 3) Preparing and communicating guidance regarding security protocols; and 4) Investigating security incidents, documenting findings, and communicating corrective actions to leadership.
