About the Position: This position is located in the ECJ5 Security Cooperation Programs (SCP) Division, Military-to-Military (M2M)/Partnership for Peace (PfP) Programs Branch, Strategy, Plans, and Policy, US European Command (EUCOM) in Stuttgart, Germany.
Incumbent serves as a Regional Program Manager (RPM), leading, facilitating, and directing the development and execution of all M2M and NATO PfP activities in support of Country Cooperation Plans.
Term Appointment NTE - Position may be filled as a term appointment NTE 2 Years. Term appointments may be extended beyond six (6) years, up to eight (8) years.
With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond eight (8) years.
Current permanent Federal employees (to include permanent Army employees) applying for a term appointment will be appointed/converted into a term appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position.

Specialized Experience One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Program Management Overseeing the execution of security cooperation programs in the command area of responsibility.
2) Military-to-Military activity coordination Coordinating Military-to-Military activities that support and advance security cooperation objectives.
3) Policy and Briefings Implementing directives and preparing briefings and recommendations for senior leaders.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
