Base salary range: $46,479 - $60,424
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-7. Graduate study or significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a secretary supporting senior leaders in a U.S.
Marine Corps logistics group, likely in Japan, where you'll handle scheduling, organize events for important visitors, and manage office paperwork to keep things running smoothly.

GS-08Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: organizing and managing an executive calendar, identifying administrative issues, coordinating administrative work in an office, managing organizational files; planning protocol logistics of guest visits and/or command functions; AND recommending changes in administrative procedures and practices.
GS-07Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Additional Information Continued: PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ).
To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.
