Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This temporary job involves helping the state meet a legal settlement agreement to improve behavioral health services for people with serious mental illnesses, by coordinating with partners, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are followed on time.
The role includes leading a quality committee, collecting and analyzing data, and providing updates to leaders and outside groups.
It's a good fit for someone organized and detail-oriented with experience in compliance or project management in health services, who enjoys working closely with teams and handling reports.

Acts as liaison between internal/external partners, departments, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate compliance and completion of settlement agreement requirements.
Coordinates and facilitates requirements in accordance with settlement agreement on behalf of state agencies.
Responds effectively to internal and external partners, including other state and federal regulatory agencies.
Ensures responses to state and federal regulatory agencies are timely, accurate, comprehensive, and accurately reflect the requirements and compliance status of the settlement agreement.
Creates, tracks, and monitors public-facing implementation plan and provides status updates to Agency leadership and external stakeholders/parties as needed.
Documents changes to protocols, policies, regulations, and/or state programs and ensures a proper review and approval process.
Initiates a Quality Committee comprised of internal and external stakeholders responsible for settlement agreement implementation. Establishes meeting cadence as defined in the settlement agreement.
Responsible for leading meetings and ensuring agenda, status updates, data review and analysis, responsive action plans, meeting minutes, risks and/or issues etc., are archived and shared appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversees the tracking and monitoring of requirements to ensure timely completion and implementation as outlined in the settlement agreement.
Creates tracking mechanism/system to document evidence of completion and reports out on status to internal and external stakeholders.
Works with internal and external stakeholders to establish data indicators for collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ensures all relevant data and documentation is properly collected, stored, and shared.
Monitors progress of settlement agreement completion provides regular updates/status reporting as outlined in the settlement agreement and ensures internal and external stakeholders are informed of key milestones and and/or risks issues.
Reports on data analysis and assessments, identified trends and/or recurring risks and issues. Creates presentation materials for reports to internal and external stakeholders as requested.
Ensures reports communicate findings clearly and accurately.
