Selinsgrove Center is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Services Supervisor to help us continue to care for people with intellectual disabilities in achieving their personal life goals in an effort to lead an everyday life.

In this position, you will ensure the individuals at the center receive support and services by coordinating and overseeing the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Process.
Your work will involve assisting professional and non-professional staff in planning and organizing support services for specific individuals.
You will be responsible for supervising IDT members in the development and implementation of support plans, as well as monitoring these plans and revising them when needed.
Some of your duties will also include functioning as the incident management point person for assigned individuals by ensuring incidents are reported and reviewed, as well as analyzed to identify patterns.
Additionally, you will empower individuals to make decisions and exercise control of their lives.
