Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working in a 24-hour residential facility for people in community-based corrections, where you'll interact closely with clients to encourage positive behaviors, support their personal growth, and help them reintegrate into society.
You'll handle tasks like security checks, client transport, and emergency responses while collaborating with a team to promote safety and reduce reoffending risks.
It's a great fit for someone who is passionate about community impact, comfortable with flexible and demanding schedules including nights and weekends, and skilled at building relationships to drive change.
Hours: Variable, full time schedule - hours of work will require flexibility to accommodate the nature of work duties. Changes to this schedule are frequent to include weekends and nights.
