This job involves reviewing and checking cases for a family assistance program to ensure everything follows state and federal rules, helping families get the support they need accurately.
You'll analyze records, guide local staff on fixes, and keep systems up to date with policy changes.

Reviews samples of family independence cases each month to determine if work participation and other information are accurately documented and coded.
Determines if data pertaining to the case is accurately coded into the agency's automated systems. Forwards accurate and verified information to Federal staff as required by TANF regulations.
