As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee total resident care and supervise nursing staff within assigned units.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all health care activities, treatments, and medication administrations comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and facility accreditation requirements.
You will provide leadership and guidance to nurses across all shifts, directing staff to utilize their time and skills effectively to meet clinical goals.
In this role, you will plan and evaluate the delivery of health services to maintain high standards for quality of life and care.
You will be responsible for monitoring resident conditions and ensuring any health changes are promptly reported to the appropriate medical personnel.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records and manage the procurement of medical equipment and supplies necessary to support the ongoing needs of the residents.
