Are you a Registered Nurse with great leadership skills? If so, we'd like to hear from you. Warren State Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assures the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care based on standards of nursing practice and standards of patient care through supervision of nursing staff.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will communicate and collaborate with the Chief Nurse Executive, Nurse Manager I, and other supervisors to assure consistent continuity of care and supervision.
You will serve as a resource person to nursing staff and administration, the interdisciplinary team, and patient support services.
As a supervisor, you will review all phases of nursing service, act as a patient advocate, and direct clinical leadership by planning and evaluating the delivery of patient care.
You can expect to establish and maintain a safe therapeutic environment for patients and staff and monitor attendance in staff development programs.
You will also identify and provide ongoing orientation, education, and on-the-job training to professional and non-professional nursing personnel.
Your duties will include participating in nursing and hospital activities and committees, as well as utilizing therapeutic communication.
Additionally, you will maintain records, prepare reports, and complete employee evaluations and competency assessments.
