The Department of Human Services is seeking a committed Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support the delivery of exceptional care at the Ebensburg Center.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of the administration of nursing services to the individuals.

In this position, you will conduct ongoing reviews of nursing assessments and individualized health care plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
You will assess the effectiveness of nursing care by evaluating care objectives, outcomes, and adherence to established standards to ensure individuals receive optimal, high-quality care.
You will provide continuous nursing expertise to subordinate nursing staff through consultation, direct support, counseling, and training.
In addition, you will regularly communicate and collaborate with colleagues, supervisory staff, and interdisciplinary team members to promote effective supervision, continuity of care, and coordinated service delivery.
You will also serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing nursing expertise and critical medical insights to support comprehensive care planning and treatment decisions.
