Requirements

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive consumer care by overseeing nursing personnel, implementing evidence-based clinical practices, and continuously evaluating service delivery. Your primary focus will be to ensure consistent, high-quality supervision while serving as a vital clinical resource and observer of support services. You will work in collaboration with fellow supervisors to cultivate a supportive team culture and uphold a safe environment for staff and consumers. Additionally, you will lead staff development initiatives and ensure strict adherence to organizational policies. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
  • Work hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3rd shift), with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. This may change based on operational needs.
    • 3rd shift receives $1.15 per hour shift differential
  • Overtime as operationally necessary
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.


Special Requirements:
  • This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
