Job Description

Summary

This job is for a part-time registered nurse at the Iowa Veterans Home, where you'll provide care to veterans on a flexible schedule, working as little as two shifts a month or committing to every third weekend in evening or night shifts.

Available Scheduling Options
Work as few as two shifts per month in areas with identified needs.
OR
Commit to every third weekend with a choice of:
Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Night Shift: 8:15 p.m. – 6:15 a.m.

Rate of pay is $29.97-$46.49.

Scheduling Flexibility: Beyond the mandatory orientation, you have the flexibility to pick up additional hours at your convenience, provided you do not exceed the annual 780-hour cap.

Qualifications
