This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health, Columbia Area Mental Health Center, Adult Clinic Services located at 2715 Colonial Drive, Columbia, SC, 29203, CAMHC #351.
As the Registered Nurse, working under general supervision, you will provide direct patient care/direct psychiatric care/nursing services to patients who are members of Columbia Area Mental Health Center. Provide nursing services for a defined target group requiring psychiatric nursing services in a community mental health setting.Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Non-Institutional:
Promptly perform lab tests/procedures ordered by Physician/Nurse Practitioner (NP). Screening for pre-existing medical problems, etc.
and ensure that the Physician/NP receive all findings in a timely manner. Highlight any abnormal results and immediately report the value to the appropriate Physician/NP.
