This job is for a head lifeguard at a military base pool in Fort Lee, Virginia, where you'll supervise lifeguards, ensure swimmer safety, maintain pool operations, and lead swimming classes.

The role involves both hands-on water rescue duties and some administrative tasks like reporting and training coordination.
This position is located at Fort Lee, VA - MWR Battle Drive Pool. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must hold current lifeguard certification. Must hold CPR and First Aid certification.
Must have 12 months of experience in pool operation as a lifeguard with experience in swimming instruction and pool maintenance.
Must be able to use sound judgment, accomplish tasks within established time frames, and possess good people skills requiring the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
Must have experience with office functions such as preparing and managing reports. NOTE: Within 6 months of hire must obtain a pool operator's license.
A Lifeguard Instructor certificate is preferred. Major Duties:
