This position is located at Magrath Sports Complex but may fill other vacancies in the Business Recreation Division. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will NOT be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: possess at least six (6) months of directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities.

Major Duties:

  • Assists the Facility Manager in daily operations, circulating among patrons to provide information, ensure satisfactory service, and give general instruction on the proper use of equipment and facilities.
  • Manages facility readiness by adjusting for program changes, setting up for events and athletic activities, conducting classes, and performing or monitoring facility cleanliness.
  • Handles equipment logistics, including issuing and receiving items for authorized users, assisting with property inventory, and monitoring equipment condition to track maintenance, repair, or replacement.
  • Contributes to program promotion by assisting with the publicity of events and the marketing of posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
