This job involves assisting in the daily operations of fitness and recreation facilities at a military base, such as opening and closing buildings, handling equipment rentals, collecting fees, and performing basic maintenance.
It's a support role where you'll work under a team leader to ensure everything runs smoothly for users.
A good fit would be someone reliable with customer service experience, comfortable with hands-on tasks, and interested in a fitness environment, especially if they have related certifications or prior work in gyms.
This position is located at DFMWR Gym/Physical Fitness/Aquatics, Fort Belvoir, VA Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above. Must have and retain a valid drivers license.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a fitness or personal training certificate Possess six (6) months of professional experience working in a fitness facility Experience MUST be clearly reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered and Certificates must be uploaded if claiming possession of a fitness/personal training certificate for the Highly Preferred.
