Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) is eager to welcome a highly motivated Pennsylvania attorney with experience in highly responsible and complex professional legal work to the PUC Law Bureau.
This position advises Commissioners and their assistants, bureau directors, and other Commission employees on various legal, procedural, ethical and policy matters through verbal and written communications.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: This position is headquartered in Harrisburg. Part-time telework is a potential feature of this position.
Successful candidates are required to report to the headquarters worksite daily, unless the employee meets eligibility requirements and telework has been approved by the Director.To be eligible to participate in telework, the employee's Alternate (telework) Worksite must meet the following requirements.
The telework worksite must be located: 1) within a reasonable travel distance of Harrisburg, and 2) within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
