Summary

Requirements

The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will perform clerical duties in the Records Management Unit of the Norristown Office. These duties include: filing, typing, scanning, appointment desk, scheduling file reviews, mail services, and other related functions.You will also provide clerical support to the ECB Storage Tanks Section and other programs within the regional office as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:
