Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

This temporary job involves helping manage public records requests for a county human resources department, ensuring timely responses while protecting sensitive information and following state laws.

This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) Term-Limited Temporary/Special Duty position. The duration of the assignment is anticipated to be 12 months.
The Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks a talented administrative professional to join our Policy team and serve as a Public Records Project Specialist.
This position will play a crucial role in facilitating transparency by assisting with the department’s public records request program.

This recruitment is open to King County employees and the public and will be used to fill one Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) position or Special Duty Assignment (SDA). The duration of the assignment is anticipated to be 12 months.
SDA’s are open to current King County career service or appointed employees who have passed their initial probationary period.
Employees selected for special duty will be compensated based upon the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement or Coalition Labor Agreement for their base assignment.
