This job involves providing mental health support and therapy to inmates in a Pennsylvania state prison, including creating treatment plans, running group and individual sessions, and handling crises to help them improve emotionally during their time behind bars.
It's a full-time role in a corrections setting where you'll work closely with a team of psychologists to make a real difference in rehabilitation.
A good fit would be someone with a fresh master's degree in psychology or counseling, passionate about helping people in tough situations, and ready for hands-on work without remote options.

As a Psychological Services Associate, you will provide psychological services to ensure the mental health and general emotional needs of inmates are efficiently and effectively addressed during incarceration. You will assist the Licensed Psychologist Manager in:

Additional pay will be considered for those who currently possess or obtain licensure as a Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, or Professional Counselor issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselors.
Documentation will need to be provided at interview to receive additional pay consideration.
