Administers large-scale programs and/or projects that have County-wide impact.
Works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, coordinate, and manage all HMIS-related projects and initiatives.
This includes direct supervision of HMIS staff, providing daily guidance, delivering performance evaluations, and offering ongoing coaching and mentoring.
As this program is grant-funded, the role also requires routine budget reconciliation and oversight of grant utilization.
Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsRequires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, public administration, computer science, information technology, or closely related field. (One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)
Requires four (4) years of experience in a staff or administrative capacity managing special projects, programs or business operations appropriate to the area of Information Technology in the Public Social Services Industry or closely related experience.
Possess and maintain a valid Florida Class E Driver's License based on area of assignment.
Preferences
Masters or higher degree in related field
Six Sigma Certification
Project Management Certification
Two (2) or more years of using data analytics tools such as: Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services (SRSS), Tableau, or similar software tool
Three (3) or more years of experience with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS)
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all federal, state, and local regulatory reports, including but not limited to: Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA), System Performance Measures (SysPM), Annual Performance Reports (APR), Point-In-Time Count (PIT), and Housing Inventory Count (HIC).
In addition, the coordination and submission of all local and state-level ESG-CAPER.
