This job involves working as a certified peer counselor to support young people with behavioral health needs, helping them through mentoring, reentry planning, and sharing personal recovery stories to build leadership and self-advocacy skills.
It's based in a therapeutic living environment in Snoqualmie, Washington, with some telework options.
A good fit would be someone with their own lived experience in behavioral health or the justice system, who is passionate about guiding youth toward positive goals and community resources.
