About the Position: Serves as the Director of US Army Space & Facilities (ASFM) - Army located in the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary Of the Army, the Pentagon, Washington, DC.
Employee is responsible for managing policy and program implementation of a full range of real estate services to Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA) in the National Capital Region.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Developing short and/or long-term strategic plans for large-scale real estate portfolios, facility management, or space utilization programs; 2) managing real estate programs with organization-wide impact; 3) reviewing complex real estate agreements, leasing, construction, or facility, improvements with high-level stakeholders, contractors, or other governmental agencies; and/or 4) formulating multi-million-dollar budgets for facility operations or capital improvements.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
