Full Job Description

You will serve as a Program Manager in the Integrated Combatant Systems, AEGIS Sustainment and Logistics of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading administrative and acquisition programs, overseeing contract and financial management operations, or applying advanced acquisition and program management principles to achieve organizational objectives.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:

  • You will advise and support acquisition planning and strategy, creation of acquisition documentation and performance work statements, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), DD-254, and other contractual documents.
  • You will serves as Program Manager for the assigned acquisition life cycle program, providing overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.
  • You will exercise delegated authority to carry out program functions and services for the development of acquisition packages.
  • You will perform statement of work, contract modification, payment of vendor invoices, contract deliverables, cost estimates, answering questions posed in response to request for proposal (RFP), and other contractually related efforts.
  • You will design acquisition strategy and program baseline and directs acquisition life cycle activities and all efforts associated with the program/office through subordinate managers and teams.
