You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing program management functions such as planning, executing, and overseeing programs or projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance; 2) Leading acquisition-related program execution activities, including the development and presentation of program documentation such as briefings, schedules, budget narratives, requirements documentation, or justification materials used to inform management or senior leadership decision-making; 3) Performing planning and budgeting by supporting multi-year program planning, funding requests, or execution oversight; 4) Managing programs or projects involving equipment, systems, or materiel across the lifecycle, such as procurement, testing or qualification, sustainment, inventory management, or disposition, with responsibility for integrating technical, financial, and schedule considerations; 5) Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and assessing and mitigating program risks, and 6) Executing assigned programs with minimal supervision in order to deliver operationally relevant capabilities.
