Leads and/or conducts project management, inspections and evaluations, performance audits, or similar oversight work. 2.
Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs. 3.
Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives.
4. Develops and enhances collaborative partnerships with Agency leadership to drive efforts to identify or create strategies to address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals. 5.
Identifies available resources and constraints that impact the effectiveness of work assignments, and develops plans that effectively utilize resources and overcome obstacles. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Demonstrates experience applying established standards in oversight work, including Blue Book, Yellow Book, American Evaluation Association’s Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards.

Demonstrates experience encouraging, mentoring, and advising others in a way that contributes to a unified team approach and fosters a work environment that promotes excellence, interest, and cooperation.
3. Demonstrates experience working within the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War. Major Duties:
