This job involves analyzing and improving programs for communications-electronics systems in the Air National Guard, including evaluating effectiveness, developing quality plans, and recommending fixes for issues.
It also covers conducting audits, ensuring safety standards, and creating training for team members.

This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1832000 and is part of the NC ANG, National Guard (ANG - 118 ASO SQ / 0881235).
Military Grades: Enlisted (TSgt/E6 - MSgt/E7) Minimum Requirements: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 36 months experience which provided a detailed knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures and techniques.
Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies.
Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. Major Duties:
