Full Job Description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE & LOG SYS DEPT for Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) Mechanicsburg (Located in Portsmouth, ME), a detachment of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-09) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that includes analyzing material and supplier quality trends; developing quality assurance standard operating procedures; and managing automated data collection tools to support the acquisition lifecycle.

  • You will provide analysis to identify trends in the receipt of deficient or discrepant materials and services, and supplier quality information.
  • You will assess performance of contractors supplying materials and services to the Federal Government.
  • You will develop Standard Operating Procedures for achieving and maintaining product quality throughout the items acquisition lifecycle.
  • You will participate in material quality assurance or supplier performance integrates product teams, configuration management and control boards, Operation Requirements committees, etc.
  • You will develop and manage automated tools to collect, compile, and provide material quality assurance and or supplier performance data for use by the Acquisition, Maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering communities.
