Full Job Description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the TF Human Resources and Manpower Office of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.

Salary: GS-07: $50,460-$65,599 GS-09: $61,722-$80,243 GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Providing management support services in the area of civilian pay. 2. Resolving pay related problems to ensure accurate pay for employees. 3.

Performing research tasks to obtain pay related data for reports and audits. 4. Analyzing data to provide leadership actionable information. 5.

Preparing management reports related to civilian pay to meet audit guidelines. 6. Establishing and maintain user accounts in the automated civilian pay system for employees and managers.

7) Allocating job order numbers in the automated civilian pay system so payroll budget is accurate. 8.

Allotting and update supervisor assignments for new personnel or personnel transferring within the command for auditability. 9.

Assigning and update work schedules for all personnel to ensure accurate accounting of time for pay. 10. Provide civilian pay system users with new and updated regulation and system requirements.
