Full Job Description

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Partnership and Engagement, in Washington, District of Columbia.

Specialized Experience: GS-13: Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service that includes 3 or more of the following: Analyzing data to identify trends and areas of required change; Reviewing data for use in programmatic decision making; Contributing to the development of assessments or data collection tools that gather feedback from recipients of a program or service; Creating reports that include data visualization to communicate findings from data analysis.

As Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE) program and engagement programs within the Office of Partnership and Engagement Oversee the data collection processes Review and analyze varied data for the purpose of data quality and program reporting Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable information.
