Full Job Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Integrated Solutions Group (Code 1514), at the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division (Code 1510), of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 1500) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing activities with business process improvement products and IT requirements to support shipyard operations.

Experience utilizing (Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Advanced Industrial Management Express (AIMXp), Material Requirements (MRQT), and Concerto.

Experience maintaining personnel protection programs consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

Experience implementing, evaluating and improving processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of all NSSO programs.

Experience executing responsibilities and maintaining support for the division within broad guidelines provided by the operations Branch Director.

Experience conducting business analysis and cost benefit analysis.

  • You will analyze data to create and assemble various required presentations and reports, providing information on progress, innovations, problems encountered etc.
