Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-013 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and/or coordinating ship flight test programs; planning and/or implementing programs that involve research, design, and development of missile trainer systems; conducting logistics impact assessments for new system designs and interfacing with stakeholders to influence acquisition logistics decisions for a project.

  • You will oversee planning, coordination, execution and conduct of ship flight test programs for Sea Launch Cruise Missile - Nuclear (SLCM-N) and the supervision of personnel during conduct of crew training.
  • You will formulate, plan and implements programs covering research, design, development, production, test, and installation of new SLCM-N trainer systems.
  • You will oversees and manages the development of program budgets with supporting justification for all branch business elements: operations, documentation, training program, and acquisition/ life-cycle support for the SLCM-N program.
  • You will plan and direct the preparation of procurement documents to support contractual activities ensuring contractor support for operations efforts, system documentation development and delivery.
  • You will plan and direct the preparation of procurement documents to support training curricula, content design, development and delivery, and acquisition/life-cycle support of trainers.
  • You will manage all program elements for acquisition/support of trainers and design, development of hardware and software modifications to maintain life-cycle supportability requirements of trainers and simulators.
  • You will manage all program elements for acquisition/support of trainer configuration, analyze reliability and failures, and ensure logistic support throughout the life-cycle of trainers and simulators.
