This job is for a pharmacist at a military health clinic in Georgia, where you'll dispense medications, educate patients and staff on drug use, and coordinate with other healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care for active duty members, civilians, and contractors.

About the Position: Military Naval Branch Health Clinic, hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M., works with active duty, civilian and contracts pharmacy technicians and contract pharmacist to provide high quality and efficient pharmacy services.
Most of the work is in the actual pharmacy however, there is an adjacent office for administrative work.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Basic Requirement for Pharmacist: Education: A doctoral degree in Pharmacy that is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained.
Exemption: You are exempt from the basic requirement above if you are a current federal employee occupying a position in the 0660 occupational series and have been continuously employed in this occupational series since September 27, 2017 or before.
Note: You will be required to provide appropriate documentation to the respective Human Resources Office to validate your status.
Licensure: A current, active, valid, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, a territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
Medical Requirement: Must be able to distinguish basic colors.
Experience: One year of professional pharmacy experience which includes dispensing, ordering, prescribing, and managing drug interactions, while also educating patients. Major Duties:
