Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a Personnel Security Specialist in the Marine Forces Reserve of MARFORRES NOLA.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing personnel security policies and procedures and conducting inspections, surveys, and assessments to ensure effectiveness of personnel security programs.
GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing personnel security questionnaires or documents for completeness and accuracy, compiling summaries of issues that impact credentialing, fitness, suitability, or security eligibility determinations, and assisting in the evaluation and recommendation of suitability and security determinations.
