This position gives you the opportunity to lead efforts in order to streamline and modernize critical processes across Commonwealth agencies.

As PLC Program Manager, you will be leading process improvement initiatives by partnering with agency program areas to evaluate current permit, license, and certification processes; identifying inefficiencies; and designing practical solutions.
This also involves managing key annual programs such as the PLC Catalogue data effort and the Permit Accelerator program in collaboration with Penn State Harrisburg.
You will have the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide collaboration while serving as the primary liaison between OTO and multiple agencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for multi-agency initiatives.
Work also involves convening with stakeholders to share best practices and implement reforms that improve service delivery across the Commonwealth. Additional responsibilities include:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
