Park housing and RV parking are not available for this area.
This recruitment will be used to fill multiple non-permanent Park Aide positions located throughout the Kitsap Area; Illahee, Kitsap Memorial, Manchester, Blake Island and Scenic Beach State Parks.
The majority of positions are available and may begin March, April, May, or June and generally are 3-5 months in duration. The number of vacancies will vary from park to park.
Positions in this area typically are scheduled to work 40 hours a week, but we may have ability to offer less than full-time work – over the entire period of employment or for specific periods.

Illahee State Park - (located in Kitsap County) is a 75-acre marine camping park with 1,785 feet of saltwater frontage on Port Orchard Bay.
The park has plenty of parking space, lots of fresh air, facilities for a number of outdoor activities, and access to a variety of water sports.
The park features a veterans' war memorial and the last stand of old-growth timber in Kitsap County.
Kitsap Memorial State Park- (located in Kitsap County) is a 58-acre camping park with 1,797-feet of saltwater shoreline and facilities for group and individual recreation, weddings, and overnight stays.
The park offers beautiful natural surroundings and sweeping views of Hood Canal. Grassy playfields and children's play equipment, a saltwater beach with tide pools are highlights of this park.
The log hall is available as a day-use wedding facilities and cabins are available for overnight rental.
Scenic Beach State Park- (located in Kitsap County) is a 121-acre camping park with 1,500 feet of saltwater beachfront on Hood Canal.
The restored 1912 Emel House, plus a gazebo and stellar views have made it a popular wedding venue. The park is known for its wild, native rhododendrons in spring.
This picturesque little park, with its views of the toothy Olympic mountain range, welcomes everyone.
Groomed trails provide access to the historic Emel House, a pretty gazebo and a country garden, all of which add to the charm of Scenic Beach.
