This position is located at Meridian Cafe, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

The mission of Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Warfighter & Family Readiness (WFR) is to provide the highest quality programs and services to the military community through self-sustainment across all quality of life programs.

Major Duties:

Major duties and responsibilities are summarized below. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support for the Food & Beverage operations and program.

Performs administrative and clerical work in support of the Food & Beverage operations and programs.

Performs general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, routing and filing correspondence, maintaining files both catering and club, prepares correspondence, reports, forms, memoranda, takes messages and performs other administrative clerical work in support of the department.

Utilizes computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

Answers routine, non-technical requests for information such as hours of operations, status of reports, suspense dates, and similar readily available information.

Assists with contracts, event planning, ensuring food orders are placed for events; receiving and posting payments and deposits for events.
