Summary

This job is for an operations assistant at a bowling center on a U.S.

Army base in Puerto Rico, where you'll help run daily activities, handle cash transactions, and support customer service in a flexible schedule of 0-40 hours per week.

This position is located at Bowling Center, Fort Buchanan, Building 168, Bailey Road.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Qualification Requirements Candidates must possess: 1.

Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2.

Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3.

Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers.
  • May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag.
  • May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
