This position is located at: Desert Winds Bowling Center- Fort Irwin, CA.
Desert Winds Bowling Center offers a variety of services for our Fort Irwin Soldiers and Families, including: Cosmic Bowling under glowing lights and music; Snack Bar, offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner; Bar room; Youth League Bowling; Birthday Packages, and much more.
This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2.
Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age (18) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3.
Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively.

- Assist management with the operation of the facility in accordance with established procedures.
- Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change refunds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers; completes and submits daily report of operations.
- Assist with setting up parties; may assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashiers bag.
- May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food Track or similar software.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
