This position is located at: Desert Winds Bowling Center- Fort Irwin, CA.

Desert Winds Bowling Center offers a variety of services for our Fort Irwin Soldiers and Families, including: Cosmic Bowling under glowing lights and music; Snack Bar, offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner; Bar room; Youth League Bowling; Birthday Packages, and much more.

This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.

Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2.

Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age (18) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3.

Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Assist management with the operation of the facility in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change refunds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers; completes and submits daily report of operations.
  • Assist with setting up parties; may assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashiers bag.
  • May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food Track or similar software.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
