Base salary range: $37,764 - $49,094
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-5. Bachelor's degree + some experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves handling everyday office tasks like managing emails, scheduling, filing documents, and processing travel arrangements for Navy personnel at a base in Florida.
You'll use computer programs to keep things organized and support administrative needs in a busy department.

You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of NAS PENSACOLA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing clerical and administrative duties (e.g.
draft correspondences, record keeping, answer telephone, maintain electronic calendar, mail distribution and maintain files).
Assist with the initiation and processing of cost /no cost Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) travel request and vouchers through the Defense Travel System.
Assist with the administration of Department Government Purchase Credit Card (GPCC) Holder/Command Budget.
