This job involves helping patients in a psychiatric hospital with everyday tasks like eating, bathing, and staying safe, while supporting those dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, or challenging behaviors under the guidance of nurses.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (Non-Certified)/Behavioral Health Assistant who is motivated to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve long-term wellness.

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds; ability to stand, walk, reach, pull, push, stoop, bend and climb at least two (2) or three (3) flights of stairs.
Ability to tolerate noise level and circulate in patient areas for long periods. Able to work beyond scheduled hours as required to meet safe staffing standards/regulatory requirements.
Ability to work with patient behaviors.
