This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health– Charleston Dorchester Mental Health Center, 2100 Charlie Hall Blvd, Charleston, SC 29414.Responsibilities for the Nurse Supervisor:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other local public and private agencies and internal service areas to ensure smooth flow of information and continuity of services for patients, especially those being discharged from local hospitals.
Continuously evaluate and determine way to improve mental health care delivery.
