The Screen-out Element for this position is: SCREEN OUT ELEMENT: Ability to do the work of the position, without more than normal supervision: receiving, processing and transporting recyclable materials by operating motor vehicles that are more than 10,000 pounds and up to 26,000 pounds following established operating requirements.
