Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves reaching out to migrant and seasonal farm workers in Iowa to help them access job services, training, and information about their rights, while also assisting farmers with hiring needs.
You'll travel to where these workers live and work, building connections with community partners to ensure fair support.
It's ideal for someone bilingual in English and Spanish who enjoys helping people and advocating for underserved communities.
IowaWORKS has an opening for a bilingual (English/Spanish) dynamic, customer focused, Migrant Seasonal Farm Worker (MSFW) Outreach Specialist to provide critical services to agricultural workers and employers in Iowa located in our IowaWorks Des Moines, IA office.
In this important role, you will provide outreach to MSFWs where they live, work and gather to ensure they receive equitable access to important workforce related services and referrals.
