This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health - Berkeley Community Mental Health Center, 403 Stony Landing Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
As the Mental Health Professional II - Mobile Crisis Supervisor, under the general supervision of Program Coordinator II, this employee will supervise and attend to the daily operations of the Mobile Crisis program, as the Acting Chief of Mobile Crisis.Supervise the Mobile Crisis team efficiently and effectively and attends to the daily operations of the program.
This includes effective personnel management activities, data management and evaluation activities, and team professional development responsibilities.
Responsible for ensuring program meets goals and deliverables; managing schedules and effective community relations. Provide coverage for after hours and on-call tasks as needed.
Perform the function of a Center counselor efficiently, with a person centered recovery focus and positive customer satisfaction.
This includes triage, providing advanced assessments and therapeutic interventions, adhering to LOC guidelines, addressing patient barriers, engagement and closure activities, coordination with other providers, and community partner cooperation.
Meet patient care hour goals.
Perform the function of a Center counselor efficiently, which includes: completing documentation according to QI standards; documenting collaboratively and on-time; completing outcome measures; documenting contacts; and minimizing billing dis-allowances.
Meet collaborative documentation and charting standards. Serve as the local hospital liaison.
