The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability to Supervise Minimum This position is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of subordinate work activities and functions in accomplishing a wide range of activities involved in receiving, issuing, storing, segregating, selecting, handling, prepping, inventorying, blocking and bracing, and shipping ordnance materials including ammunition, explosives, chemical munitions, fuels, missiles, associated components and various other hazardous or inert materials.

Supervisory skills include knowledge of personnel practices, ability to plan for and direct a subordinate workforce, effectively coordinate work efforts with other functional areas, interpret complex written instructions and technical publications in all responsible functional areas, and compile and complete required reports and evaluations.

Assigns and explains work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors. Establishes deadlines and the sequence of work operations.

Maintains equalized workloads by recommending subordinate supervisors adjust assignments, workers, and other resources to achieve the most efficient and effective work operations.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:
