Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and improving environmental programs at a naval facility, focusing on budgeting, financial planning, and solving operational issues to ensure efficiency.

You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Environmental Division of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing program and financial planning justification and documentation for current and future federal budget submissions; 2) Identifying and conducting special studies to resolve variances or solve complex problems, to include personnel tracking, various visual aids and training/credentialing, etc.; 3) Providing analytical, effective orally and written communications; 4) Providing management with documents and data for data calls; and 5) Interpreting and implementing new or revised budget regulations from various sources and prepare instructions.
