Full Job Description

You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Environmental Division of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing program and financial planning justification and documentation for current and future federal budget submissions; 2) Identifying and conducting special studies to resolve variances or solve complex problems, to include personnel tracking, various visual aids and training/credentialing, etc.; 3) Providing analytical, effective orally and written communications; 4) Providing management with documents and data for data calls; and 5) Interpreting and implementing new or revised budget regulations from various sources and prepare instructions.

  • You will develop statistical criteria to measure program accomplishments.
  • You will recommend ways to improve program financial execution effectiveness or efficiency.
  • You will analyze program or project issues to determine solutions to meet objectives within established timelines or financial constraints.
  • You will compile information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations.
  • You will track metrics or performance indicators to assess production process efficiency.
