Full Job Description

You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Business Office Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating with all levels of management and/or HRO personnel in support of a wide range of personnel management requirements AND applying workforce management concepts, laws, policies, procedures, diagnostic methods and/or techniques to solve a wide range of complex, interrelated human resource problems and issues AND Applying effective written and oral communication.

  • You will serve as the primary contact with the Command Human Resources Office (HRO). Coordinating and working closely with HRO personnel in support of a full range of personnel management requirements.
  • You will be responsible for processing and ensuring data integrity for all Request for Personal Actions (RPAs) as well as tracking the progression of RPAs.
  • You will review award recommendations for consistent, appropriate, and timely application, as well as adherence to higher level recognition guidance and policies.
  • You will develop and maintain internal personnel action tracking logs, databases, electronic files, and libraries in support of the command workforce requirements.
  • You will execute a variety of administrative tasks related to overseas travel such as: track overseas extension/non-extension letters; PCS in/out reports, employees who need financial disclosures.
  • You will routinely collect and maintain a wide variety of data to conduct analyses and/or respond to data calls or higher echelons.
  • You will ensure all civilian gains/losses are properly updated and reflected within the appropriate system of record.
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance of the command Manpower Report, ensuring data reflected on the report is accurate in accordance with the latest status received.
  • You will be responsible for the Check-in/Check-out process ensuring procedures are in accordance with policy and guidance.
