THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D2505000 and is part of the CO 140 MOF, National Guard.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when, and where questions.
Military Grades: E-4 - E-5 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2.
An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below. Resume must be two pages or less. 3.
It must be documented with "from (mm/yy)" and "to (mm/yy)" dates and description of the specialized experience. 4.
If education or a degree is required as part of the "Specialized Experience", you must include transcripts.

Must have Specialized Experience in each of the following: Experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques.
Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management. 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
Major Duties:
Retrieve and analyze maintenance data, present results to management. Interprets findings from maintenance data and the use of statistical techniques.
Controls, manages, and maintains the Maintenance Information System(s). Conducts Special Studies to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR).
Analyzes performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. Performs other duties as assigned.
